Anyone and everyone who can get to a pick-up point is welcome, whether you live and show in Region X or not. Family members, friends and even a few small dogs are very welcome as well (if anyone has any allergies, PLEASE contact me. The comfort of the passengers comes first).Young hobbiests are welcome too however will not be supervised so an adult companion will be required for anyone under 16 years old.

LEAVE SUNDAY JULY 13th:

1:00pm:   Leave Bristol, VT at Bristol Tours Headquarters

3:30-4:00pm:   Pickup in Latham, NY at Home Depot, 579 Troy Schenectady Rd

5:30-6:00pm:   Pick up in West Springfield, MA at Home Depot, 179 Daggett Dr

7:15-7:45pm:   Pick up in Hamden, CT at Bed Bath & Beyond, 2045 Dixwell Ave

9:45-10:15pm:   Pick up in Vauxhall, NJ at Home Depot, 2445 Springfield Ave

11:30-12:00am:   Pick up in Whitehall, PA at Home Depot, 1350 MacArthur Rd

Arrive Lexington, KY +/- 11am.

Obviously these are APPROXIMATE times. I ask that all passengers be at their pick up point at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled pick up time. Traffic, construction, etc may all affect our exact times. I will also plan to have the cell phone number of at leats 1 person at each stop so any delays can be passed along to those waiting. We will also plan on picking up a quick dinner in either West Springfield or Hamden, and we have the ability to stop for a sit down breakfast on Monday morning as we approach Lexington. This can be decided as we travel. There will also be rest stops every 3 +/- hours between PA and KY per Bristol Tours regulations for the driver. We can time these with rest areas and available food. I will also be arranging to have at least 2 coolers on board with drinks and snacks for all to share.
Costs, Fundraising, and Donations
The costs will be split evenly between each passenger after all fundraising and costs have been applied. The bus is $7550. Before fundraising is applied with our goal of 25 passengers the cost would be $302 per person.
